Launch of my lunch
Today I am with a cook spirit. I'm doing pasta for my family and the one I like the most is pasta pesto, funny name. One joke has come to my mind:

Ingredients
450g of pasta, I like to use fresh pasta
Salt and oil to cook the pasta
Pesto
2 cloves of garlic
40g of pine nuts
100g of fresh basil leaves and a few more to decorate
125ml olive oil
60g of freshly grated Parmesan
How to cook? Well guys, the secret is to be provided of a Thermomix, hehe
To make pasta : this is the most hardcore thing of cooking... you have to heat the water until it boils and place the pasta into the recipe. Extremely difficult.
To make pesto, place the garlic, pine nuts and a pinch of salt in a kitchen robot, then add the basil (the leaves only) and crush everything until you get a paste.
Without stopping the robot, pour the oil little by little (I the robot that I have at home can not be thrown out while it is working so nothing happens, if you do it in parts). Then pass the sauce to a bowl and mix with the parmesan, try and add salt to taste. The parmesan, I recommend grating it at the moment, has nothing to do with the grated that comes in the bag.
